PROCESSING TIME
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines typically range between
- Metro Cities: 3-4 Business Days
- Non Metro Cities and Rural Areas: 5-8 Business Days
During high demand periods (festive seasons, flash sales, etc.), delivery timelines may vary, nevertheless, we shall keep you updated at all times. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING RATES
- We offer free shipping on all orders above INR. 999 across India.
- For orders below INR. 999, shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout.
- COD (Cash On Delivery) may be subject to an additional fee and applied at checkout.
We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp message with a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- In the rare event of a damaged shipment, please contact our customer service team immediately via WhatsApp.
- We will work with our logistics carrier to resolve any delivery issues and ensure that your delivery issues are addressed at the earliest.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been processed, please contact our customer service team by email on support@houseofperfumesindia.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
