RETURN & REFUNDS

We at House Of Perfumes India, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our shopping process involves a confirmation email or a confirmation of purchase via whatsapp allowing you to reconfirm your selection of products being purchased. We do not offer any refunds once the orders are processed. Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged products or if the product received does not match the order placed. Please review our return and refund policy below.

 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Our products can only be returned or replaced if they are received in a damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery or if the product received does not match the order placed.
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted for reasons related to fragrance preferences, packaging, opened or used products. 

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage during transit. 

 RAISING A RETURN REQUEST

Please contact our customer service team via email at support@houseofperfumesindia.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Photo/video of the damaged product 
  • Reason for return 

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for returning the product. Your requests will be processed by us as soon as possible. Please allow us 2 business days to respond to your requests for all returns.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are strictly unavailable as fragrances are consumable products. Only in case of damaged product, kindly allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund. Please note that it can sometimes take 10-15 days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund back to you. In case the refund does not reflect in your account in 15 banking days, please drop us an email on admin@houseofperfumesindia.com.
